Can we redeem our vouchers for cash?

Unfortunately not. You may redeem them either by following the link in the email in which you recieved your voucher, OR, when you get to the checkout payment page during your shopping cart process, you may redeem you voucher then with your unique secure encrypted voucher code.
Do we need to be registered or members to buy from the Kitesaloft website?

Yes you do. This does however enable you to have a quick secure buying process and many other features including: track your orders, track your returns, use our support ticket system, make wishlists and use our unique Kitesaloft vouchers. It also allows KitesAloft to give you your future loyalty bonuses!!
How do we pay?

We use the secure encrypted PayPal IPN Payment Gateway. This system is highly secure and you don't need a PayPal account to do so. It is free for you to use and accepts all major credit cards
Can I specify the earliest date for delivery?

Yes. Fill in the comments section with your order and we will abide as far as possible with your requests. This is useful for advanced buying of a friend's Birthday present for example
I can not find the item I want on the site. What can I do?

Everything we stock is not on the site! The phone is manned during normal shop hours. We hold vast quatities of kites - many in very low numbers so not viable to show. Ring us and we can find it or order it. No extra charge is made unless required very urgently.
How do I --- everything else

We are real people!! We are open 7 days a week (see opening times) and if you want to ring for ANYTHING just pick up the phone. If the website has swallowed all your money DONT PANIC we are not pirates.
